‘When I started training at Project: Athletic I had a long term injured left elbow, preventing me from practicing and competing. Under Matt and Chris’s guidance, within two months the pain had gone and I was back to full training and not just playing tournaments but in a position to compete for the win.
The training I have received has been world class. Matt and Chris’s ability to programme and then get the most out of me during a session is unparalleled. I’m currently the strongest I’ve ever been and have seen massive carry over to my performance on the course. The culture Matt and Chris have fostered amongst their athletes is one of fun and hard graft. My sessions training there are always a highlight of my week.’
‘Chris delivered the S&C that underpinned my performances that led to 2 World Championship wins, 5 European Titles and a Paralympic Gold Medal in Tokyo. He tailored training for both performance and injury prevention and had to think outside the box to suit my specific needs, having only one hand!
A demanding sports training schedule created additional challenges around recovery and fatigue, but we did it, and S&C morphed into my favourite sessions of the week - with an added bonus of average banter…’
‘I have had the privilege of working with Matt on two separate occasions. Firstly, he was my PT Coach for nearly 3 years at a gym, coaching SGPT. He was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and provided a wide and varied amount of coaching mixed with his own sense of humour. Secondly and more recently, I asked Matt to design a S&C program for Moneyfields FC 1st Team during their close season. Again, he delivered high level quality sessions which the players both enjoyed and gained huge benefits before our pre-season began. Highly recommended.’
